Yes, only professionally mixed music will be considered.
No, you do not have to send stems along with your submission. However, if you become a signed artist you will be contractually obligated to submit all stems within 5 business days of the inked agreement.
(Stems – the mixed down individual tracks within a multi-track recording)
We will not consider covers or samples unless the sample was purchased from a royalty free website.
We will consider arrangements of public domain works, however it is your responsibility to check that the work is in the public domain worldwide.
You’ll hear back from us within 6 weeks after your submission. Please allow for the full 6 weeks before following up.
We offer both non-exclusive and exclusive agreements. Each agreement term is different, but usually we’ll offer a two year term with an option to renew. You may also have the option to list your song(s) as a Royalty Free Work. Your song(s) cannot be registered with any PRO if you wish to list them as a Royalty Free Work.
(Non-Exclusive – numerous music licensing agreements may be entered into for the same song.)
(Exclusive – one music licensing agreement may be entered into for a song.)
(Royalty Free Work – a musical work that an artist intends to exploit for a buyout.)
(Buyout – a deal where an artist forfeits backend royalties for a higher licensing fee.)

Licensing fees for Original Music: 50% (you) / 50% (us)
Licensing fees for Royalty Free Works: 70% (you) / 30% (us)
Licensing fees for Public Domain Works: 70% (you) / 30% (us)
If we don’t administer royalties for you: 100% of publishers share (you) / 100% writers share (you) of backend royalties.
If we do administer royalties for you: 100% of writers share (you) / 100% publishers share (us) of backend royalties.
There are a number of factors that determine how much a license fee will be. We negotiate fees and rates on your behalf and never go below your cap.
For licensing fees; you will be paid as soon as the payment has cleared.
For royalty payments; as soon as your royalty account reaches $100 or over.
